Thanks for dropping by! I hope you enjoy your visit and explore everything my real estate website has to offer. With such so much information om the web, it can be confusing and sometimes even overwhelming to get clear, concise information. Hopefully you will find your questions answered here.
For many people, credit challenges, lack of down payment or lack of knowledge keeps them from taking the first step towards home ownership. In response to that we created the Rent to Home program that provides a customized, comprehensive game plan for home ownership. If you’re a renter thinking about owning a home within the next 18 months, this program is just right for you. To learn about Rent to Home, click on the Renters tab.
Most people have to rent before they are in a position to buy so the Renters tab provides information for renters. This includes the DC Tenant’s Bill of Rights, a rent vs. buy calculator, information about barriers to home ownership and a fact sheet about the rent-to-own process.
Need information about the home buying process? Register for one of our Home Buyer 101 Workshops. These workshops occur at various locations and are limited to 2-hours to accommodate busy schedules. Click on the Testimonials tab to see what our attendees say about the workshop.
If you work an unusual schedule and can’t make it to one of our scheduled Home Buyer 101 workshops, you can sign up to have us come to your workplace. The Workplace Workshop is only an hour and usually takes place over lunchtime. We even provide lunch to make it easier for everyone to attend the workshop, eat lunch and get back to work on time. Click on the Home Buyers Workshop tab and scroll to the Request a Workplace Workshop to initiate a request.
Just browsing for general information? Then learn about mortgages, healthy and unhealthy credit, tips for first time home buyers and how much home you can afford. If you work as a first responder or in the military (active or veteran) check out the Heroes tab for mortgage information and discount programs specific to you.
Looking for a new home? Use Quick Search or Map Search to browse an up-to-date database list of all available properties in the area, or use my Dream Home Finder form and I'll conduct a personalized search for you.
But this website isn’t only for buyers, if you are thinking about selling your home, I can help you there as well. Click on the Sellers tab and you will find information about staging your home (forget baking cookies!), pricing it correctly and determining the difference between a real prospective buyer and someone who is just looking.
If you're planning to sell your home in the next few months, nothing is more important than knowing a fair asking price. Simply click the What’s Your Home Worth tab for an instant up-to-date market analysis. If this is your first time selling, contact me for my Sellers Package which is chock full of information about the selling process.
If you are having problems paying your mortgage (or believe that you may in the future), or if you are behind on your payments, you need someone to assist you in reviewing the many programs currently available to assist homeowners. Click on the Sellers tab and scroll down to the Help with Your Mortgage tab to learn about options.
If you have decided that selling your home as a short sale is your best option, then please contact me. I have successfully negotiated many short sales and can get you out of the burden of dealing with the bank. The bank is negotiating on its' own behalf – who is negotiating for you?
Finally, I am licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I can help you with all of your real estate needs in Prince George's, Montgomery or Anne Arundel Counties. Feel free to click on the link to learn more About Me.
